Job summary

JD Finish Line is seeking an Associate to support daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment. You will help drive sales, manage inventory, and assist with merchandising while ensuring excellent service.

The role requires a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, with training on POS systems, inventory processes, and safety procedures. Strong English communication and basic math skills are essential.

Qualifications

Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets preferred.
Customer-centric with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and maintaining high service standards.
Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management, promotions, and meeting sales targets.
Participate in inventory management, visual merchandising, shipments, order fulfillment and store maintenance; ensure policy compliance and health & safety rules.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and operational goals; adhere to store policies and procedures.
