Job summary

JD Finish Line is seeking an Associate to assist with daily operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will help shape the store’s success and contribute to our growth in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include creating memorable shopping experiences, driving sales through promotions, and supporting inventory,visual merchandising, and teamwork. Weekend and holiday availability is required, with a strong customer-centric mindset and basic POS skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role; proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude, reliability and a strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management and promotions.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory, visual merchandising, shipments, and store maintenance.
