Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Associate to join our JD Finish Line stores. You will help create memorable shopper experiences, assist with daily operations, and contribute to sales and store performance across the apparel brand portfolio.

You will support inventory, merchandising, and customer service while collaborating with teammates in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexible hours including weekends are expected, with opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Customer-centric: passion for delivering outstanding customer service and memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
