Job summary

JD Finish Line is seeking an Associate to support daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will help drive sales, assist customers, and ensure clean and organized merchandising across the floor.

The role requires friendly communication, reliability, and flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends. Training will cover product knowledge, store procedures, and point-of-sale transactions to support store performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to resolve issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math and comfort with POS transactions.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and ensuring high standards of service.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandising and promotions.
• Participate in inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, and order fulfillment.
• Adhere to store policies, health and safety regulations; collaborate with team to meet goals.
