JD Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic Associate to support daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will help drive sales, manage merchandise, and keep the store welcoming and organized.

This role requires a flexible schedule, weekend availability, and a positive attitude. You’ll join a dynamic team committed to diversity, inclusion, and superior customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Customer-centric with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management, promotions, and achieving sales targets.
• Participate in inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance.
• Collaborate with team to achieve sales and operational goals while following policies and safety regulations.
• Support additional duties and projects as required.
