Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. NAMPA, ID store is seeking a store associate to maintain cleanliness, help customers, and support daily operations. You will dust, mop, manage trash, restock merchandise, and assist with BOPIS and Ship from Store processes. Nights, weekends, and early mornings may be required.

We value friendly service, safety, and teamwork. Retail or cleaning experience is preferred and you must follow store policies and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Retail or cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store, including nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned areas using provided materials and equipment.
• Collect and dispose of trash following procedures.
• Dust and damp mop floors following procedures.
• Assist customers in finding products and answer questions.
• Process checkout and handle cash to standards.
• Support Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Restock shelves and participate in planogram processes.
• Follow SOPs and company policies; perform other duties as assigned.
