Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standard of store cleanliness and recovery to support brand promises.
• Provide fast and friendly customer service; assist shoppers with finding products and checkout.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and private label cards; enroll when possible.
• Assist with omnichannel tasks (BOPIS, Ship from Store) and truck un-loading, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; ensure safety and compliance.
