Job summary

The Michaels Stores Chelmsford, MA location is seeking a team member to maintain a clean, safe store environment and deliver friendly customer service. You will clean floors, restrooms, breakrooms, and high-traffic areas, restock supplies, and assist customers with questions and the rewards program.

Responsibilities include following SOPs, supporting floor sets and stocking, and helping with truck unloading, planograms, and safety programs.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver Brand Promises.
• Provide friendly customer service and help customers shop our store and find products.
• Clean assigned areas using required materials and equipment.
• Move equipment and products for cleaning and return to correct placement.
• Deep clean key areas (bathrooms, breakrooms, entryways) to keep store safe and clean.
• Notify supervisor of supply needs and keep equipment neat.
• Complete tasks assigned by supervisor; follow SOPs and company policies.
• Support Omni channel processes (BOPIS, Ship from Store).
• Assist with truck un-loading, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to laws and company policies.
