Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Inc. is seeking team members for the DFW-SOUTHLAKE, TX area who will maintain store cleanliness and deliver friendly customer service while helping customers find products.

The role includes overseeing trash disposal, floor cleaning, stock replenishment and adherence to safety and store policies. Key duties include assisting with checkout, engaging customers about rewards programs, supporting omnichannel processes, and helping with truck unloading and planograms.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience and handle cash to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck un-loading, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs.
