Michaels in Dekalb, IL is seeking a Store Associate to maintain a clean, organized store and deliver friendly customer service. You will help customers locate items, process transactions, and participate in omnichannel tasks like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS).

Responsibilities include stocking, cleaning, assisting with planograms, and supporting safety programs. The role requires standing long periods, lifting, and a willingness to work nights or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop for products.
• Assist with checkout and cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards program and private label credit cards.
• Participate in omnichannel processes (BOPIS and Ship from Store).
• Support stocking and planogram processes and shrink/safety programs.
