Qualifications

• Retail or cleaning experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old as required by policy.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, move around the store and handle lifting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to meet Brand Promises.
• Provide friendly customer service and help customers locate items.
• Engage customers in rewards programs and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS/SFS), stocking, and planogram adherence.
• Follow SOPs and company policies; ensure safety and compliance.
