Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to assist customers and maintain store standards.
• Able to follow SOPs and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of store cleanliness and recovery.
• Deliver friendly customer service and assist shoppers.
• Assist with trash collection, dusting, mopping, and related duties.
• Help with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and Ship from Store) and cash handling.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies to ensure compliance with laws.
• Maintain positive interactions with team members and customers.
