Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Store Associate in Vista, CA to maintain store cleanliness and support the team in delivering the Michaels brand promise. You will help customers find items, engage with them, and ensure a friendly shopping experience.

Responsibilities include cleaning various areas, assisting with checkout, and participating in omni-channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and early mornings is required.

Qualifications

• Retail or cleaning experience preferred.
• Michaels requires all team members in this role to be at least sixteen (16) years or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards.
• Assist customers and provide friendly service.
• Operate cash register and process transactions to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards program and enrollments.
• Support omni-channel processes (BOPIS and SFS).
• Participate in truck un-load, stocking and planogram processes.
