Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to support brand promises.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience and handle cash to standards.
• Engage customers about rewards programs and Private Label Credit Cards; assist enrollments.
• Support Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS).
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking and planogram (POG) adherence; participate in shrink and safety programs.
• Follow SOPs and company policies to ensure legal compliance and high standards.
