Job summary

Michaels Stores in San Tan Valley, AZ is seeking a part-time Store Associate to maintain cleanliness, assist customers, and support store operations. You’ll keep floors clean, stock shelves, handle checkout, and help shoppers find what they need while delivering friendly service.

Preferred candidates have retail or cleaning experience, must be at least sixteen years old, and be able to stand long periods. Night/weekend shifts and safety procedures are part of the role in a busy retail

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and recovery.
• Provide friendly customer service and help shoppers locate items.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS / Ship from Store).
• Support truck unloading, stocking and planogram processes.
• Follow SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance.
