Michaels is seeking team members for Tampa-Largo, FL to maintain a high standard of store cleanliness and customer service. You will dust, mop, collect trash, move equipment, and ensure products are properly placed while engaging customers and supporting store operations.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.
• Applicants in the U.S. must meet federal, state and local requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver the brand promise.
• Dust and mop floors and clean assigned areas using approved materials.
• Collect and dispose of trash following procedures.
• Move equipment and products for cleaning and return to proper placement.
• Provide friendly customer service and assist shoppers.
• Follow SOPs, safety programs and company policies.
