Job summary

Domino’s is hiring an Expert Store Engineer to bridge store operations with engineering, expanding solutions that improve performance and guest experience. You will lead standards, equipment, and technology initiatives across the store network and collaborate with Operations, Development, Supply Chain, and Procurement.

You’ll evaluate emerging restaurant tech, drive continuous improvement, and shape the future roadmap for store design, automation, and workflows to maximize efficiency and value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experiences.
• 7+ years of experience in restaurant operations, engineering, continuous improvement, technology deployment, or related functions.
• Experience working cross-functionally with operations and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering initiatives for store operations and innovation.
• Partner with operations, development, supply chain, and equipment suppliers.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies and store concepts.
• Develop business cases and deployment strategies for innovations.
