Domino’s Pizza is seeking a Lead Product Owner to shape the future of its global store technology ecosystem, leading the strategy, development, deployment, and continuous optimization of a portfolio of DomOS products across markets.

The role partners with Product Management, Engineering, and franchise organizations to deliver improvements in efficiency, customer experience, profitability, and franchisee satisfaction across diverse environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, CS, Engineering, or comparable education and experience.
• Five or more years of experience leading digital products, technology products, or operational technology solutions.
• Experience supporting global business organizations or international technology deployments.
• Demonstrated success launching enterprise software or operational technology solutions at scale.
• Strong understanding of restaurant, retail, franchise, or multi-unit operating environments.
• Experience managing products through Agile software development methodologies.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive alignment across diverse, cross-cultural teams.
• Strong analytical capability and experience using data, KPIs, and business outcomes to guide product decisions.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Power BI, or comparable product management and analytics tools.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to support collaboration across international time zones.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Responsabilités

• Develop global store technology product strategies and multi-year roadmaps for assigned portfolios.
• Balance global standardization with market-specific requirements to maximize scalability and relevance.
• Lead worldwide rollout planning and deployment strategies for Pulse 4.0 and advanced DomOS tools.
• Monitor launch performance and adoption, identify barriers, and lead cross-functional mitigation plans.
• Conduct ongoing research with franchisees, store operators, market leaders, and stakeholders; analyze restaurant tech trends and opportunities for automation.
• Build trusted relationships across franchise organizations, international markets, Operations, and Technology; align global teams and present roadmaps to executives.
• Champion user-centered design, monitor product health and adoption, and drive continuous improvements using data.
