Job summary

Domino's is seeking a Senior Manager, Innovation Engineering to identify, evaluate, develop, and implement innovative solutions across Supply Chain Centers and Restaurant Operations in Michigan and beyond. You will drive throughput, capacity, yield, and cost improvements using emerging technologies and data-driven decision making.

You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Technology, Procurement, and Restaurant Operations to validate business opportunities and lead

Qualifications

8 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or process optimization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience leading process improvement and operational transformation initiatives.
Able to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

Own and advance a network-wide innovation and operational optimization strategy.
Lead cross-functional assessments to identify constraints and opportunities.
Develop future-state process strategies and scalable operating models.
Translate innovations into actionable business applications with clear metrics.
