Job summary

Domino’s is seeking an Expert Store Engineer to serve as the primary engineering liaison to the Restaurant Operations organization. You will develop and maintain engineering solutions, equipment strategies, standards, and innovation initiatives to improve store performance, team member experience, customer experience, and operational efficiency across the store network.

You will partner with Restaurant Operations, Development, Technology, Supply Chain, Procurement, Training, and Equipment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in restaurant operations, engineering, or related functions.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to influence across multiple functional organizations without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Restaurant Operations and other teams to drive improvements.
• Lead evaluation and deployment of new restaurant technologies.
• Develop and maintain equipment standards and design principles.
• Lead pilot programs and business cases for innovations.
• Improve labor efficiency, throughput, safety, and quality.
• Coordinate field testing and rollout planning.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers.
