Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Display Builder to design, assemble, and maintain floor displays across departments. The role is full-time or part-time, with a minimum base pay of $15.24 per hour and higher starting pay based on experience.

Responsibilities include creating 20–25 displays weekly, coordinating with the Inventory Control Specialist on write-offs, and planning monthly display calendars. Candidates should have at least one year of construction or building experience and safety-conscious

Qualifications

• One year of construction or building experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
• Demonstrated ability to abide by and exhibit proactive adherence to all safety regulations and policies.
• Demonstrated experience in wood working, tile setting, use of power tools, measuring tools, and basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and build store product displays per the Department Manager in each department.
• Create 20 – 25 displays per week.
• Work with the Inventory Control Specialist to submit write-offs and maintain inventory for materials.
• Create a calendar for each month with a plan for all displays being built.
