Qualifications

• Experience: Three years Store Manager experience or five+ years retail/managerial experience in an Assistant Manager capacity; retail grocery experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the store and staff.
• Forecast, schedule, and monitor labor to align with sales goals and wage budgets.
• Ensure customer service excellence and resolve complaints.
• Maintain cash controls, inventory accuracy, and store security.
• Direct merchandising, promotions, and product placement for optimal in-store appearance.
• Manage safety, sanitation, and compliance with policies and laws.
