Qualifications

• Progressive retail leadership experience (3–5 years) in grocery or service industries.
• Ability to develop teams, grow sales, and execute operations strategy.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coaching skills.
• Experience with workforce management and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop associates through coaching and recognition.
• Plan weekly with Store leadership to align goals and priorities.
• Ensure daily briefings and clear communication across all levels.
• Oversee hiring decisions to build strong, inclusive teams.
• Drive customer-focused merchandising and a local-market strategy.
• Manage store operations to meet safety, cash handling, and legal requirements.
• Uphold visual standards and provide exceptional service to customers.
