Albertsons Companies is seeking a Store Director to lead guest relations and drive the store’s performance. You’ll supervise the entire operation, ensure adherence to company policies, and guide the team to deliver excellent service every day.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on management of payroll, scheduling, training, and safety standards across all departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in store management or equivalent.
• Must be able to work a demanding schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must maintain professional communication across all management levels.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and engage guests to ensure exceptional service.
• Oversee store operations to meet safety, legal and profitability goals.
• Manage, train and evaluate Assistant Store Director and department managers.
• Forecast sales and labor needs across all departments.
• Coordinate weekly management team meetings and store maintenance.
