Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 6 years professional experience.
• 5-7 years grocery retail store operations and merchandising experience preferred.
• Natural foods industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and coordinate all departments.
• Prepare weekly labor projections and manage payroll to plan.
• Lead Department Managers and staff; monitor hiring and scheduling.
• Manage store financials and review P&L statements.
• Ensure sanitation, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
• Coordinate events, promotions, and marketing efforts.
• Maintain product knowledge and store appearance.
• Address customer issues and staff relations; enforce policies.
