Fresh Thyme Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Store Director for the Center Store to oversee daily operations, staffing, and merchandising execution. You will drive sales, manage events and weekly flyers, and ensure strong cost controls while maintaining high service standards.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least 5 years of grocery retail experience, with a proven ability to lead teams, train staff, and meet performance metrics.

Qualifications
