The role requires guiding department managers, managing labor, and ensuring policy compliance while sustaining a positive work environment for staff and customers. A bachelor’s degree and 6 years grocery retail leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach, hire, and supervise Department Managers and staff.
• Ensure store financials are understood and acted upon (P&L).
• Maintain sanitation, safety, and policy compliance across the store.
• Coordinate promotions, inventory, and vendor communications.
