Job summary

J.Crew Group (JCG) in Alpharetta, GA seeks a Store Director to drive store performance and build customer loyalty. You will hire and develop talent, ensure brand standards, and maintain engaging shopping experiences for guests.

You will lead operations, partner with the District Manager, and champion teamwork to achieve goals while fostering an inclusive, high‑performing store culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-time retail management experience.
• Store Director experience is a plus.
• Passionately support our brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with fashion trends and industry developments.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.
• Scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must bend, reach, stretch for product and lift at least 40 pounds (18 kg).

Responsibilities

• Lead your team and drive store profitability while delivering the brand experience.
• Create exceptional customer experiences through personalized service standards and proactive engagement.
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology with accountability.
