The director will coach leaders, collaborate with Mississippi Markets administration, and ensure sustainable growth aligned with our mission and cooperative principles.

Qualifications

• Customer service excellence and conflict resolution across store operations.
• Experience managing perishable and non-perishable inventory and margins across departments.
• Proven leadership in hiring, training, development, and performance management.
• Oversight of multi-department operations with resource prioritization.
• Strong communication, empathy, and professional interaction skills.
• Experience planning and executing strategic/financial goals.
