Rivers Co-op Markets is seeking a Center Store Manager to lead grocery and wellness departments. You will drive strong customer experiences, oversee day-to-day operations, and coach a diverse team in a values-driven cooperative environment.

Responsibilities include ensuring safety, managing inventory and merchandising, controlling costs, and achieving financial targets while fostering an inclusive culture and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Customer service excellence and proactive feedback-based improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Experience in fast-paced grocery retail environments.
• Ability to manage day-to-day operations, prioritize tasks, delegate, and maintain quality across departments.
• Proven ability to foster inclusivity, professionalism, teamwork, and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Center Store operations including Grocery and Wellness departments to ensure excellent customer outcomes.
• Lead and develop staff, hire, train, coach, and provide feedback.
• Manage customer service, food and staff safety, purchasing, merchandising, and financial outcomes.
• Collaborate with Mississippi Markets administrative functions to align operations.
