You will manage a high-performing team, deliver exceptional customer service, and uphold safety and merchandising standards while meeting performance goals. The role requires proven retail leadership, strong financial acumen, and the ability to develop future leaders within a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent retail experience.
• 5+ years of retail/service industry experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience including management of leaders with direct reports.
• 3+ years of retail leadership with General Merchandise and Grocery/Fresh experience preferred.
• Experience leading operations with $40M+ annual sales Revenue.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data to maximize sales and maintain fiscal responsibility.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout store operations.
• Mentor and coach team members and leaders to meet and exceed goals.
• Ensure proper staffing with well-trained team members.
• Maintain corporate, safety, and regulatory procedures for a safe work environment.
• Cultivate relationships in the local community to support the Meijer brand.
