Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent retail experience.
• 5+ years of retail/service industry experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience including management of leaders with direct reports.
• 3+ years retail leadership with General Merchandise and Grocery/Fresh experience preferred.
• Experience leading retail or service operations with $40M+ annual sales revenue.
• Ability to receive and maintain licenses required for store operations.

Responsibilities

• Use your retail leadership and service expertise to drive store success.
• Maximize sales and maintain fiscal responsibility.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout store operations.
• Mentor and coach team members and leaders to meet goals.
• Ensure proper staffing and develop existing team members.
