The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to develop future leaders while upholding safety, compliance, and community partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent retail experience.
• 5 years of retail/service industry experience.
• 3 years of leadership experience including management of leaders with direct reports.
• Experience with $40 million+ in annual sales revenue preferred.
• Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the total operation of the store and lead the unit to maximize financial success.
• Analyze financial data to drive sales and maintain fiscal responsibility.
• Provide exemplary customer service throughout store operations.
• Mentor and coach team members and leaders to achieve goals.
• Ensure proper staffing and development of employees and leaders.
