Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Professional, Store Development Operations to support the Americas Store Construction team.

You will coordinate fixture takeoffs, manage schedules and budgets, and track documentation across partners, consultants, and suppliers. The ideal candidate is highly organized with 5+ years in retail construction coordination, fixture management, and cross-functional stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction/architecture or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in retail construction coordination or store development.
• Experience with procurement, logistics, and project administration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate construction documentation through external consultants and approvals with internal partners.
• Maintain project schedules and budgets; track risks and action logs.
• Manage fixture takeoffs, ordering, delivery, and inventory across stores and renovations.
• Collaborate with Store Design, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Operations and project leads.
• Prepare status reports for leadership and external stakeholders.
