Job summary

Pepkor Speciality is seeking a Procurement Coordinator to join the Store Development team. You will support end-to-end procurement, coordinate purchasing activities, maintain supplier relationships, and ensure timely, cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.

You will work with internal stakeholders to meet operational needs, ensure compliance with policies, and deliver value, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of procurement experience in retail.
• Experience sourcing fixtures and fittings for new stores.
• Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage procurement plans for Store Development.
• Manage store asset supplier base for timely delivery and high-level service.
• Source and build relationships with supplier base and ensure continuity.
• Forecast planning for property interventions and stakeholder communication.
• CAPEX invoicing, budgeting and cost control per plan.
