Job summary

Bath & Body Works in Columbus, OH is seeking a Designer 2 to advance store design across North America and globally. You will develop schematic layouts, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and translate evolving concepts into scalable programs and kits of parts for brick-and-mortar and travel retail formats.

You will work with the Design Leadership Team to ensure brand standards, operational requirements, and merchandising align with business goals, while supporting the Translation Team in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• 3–6 years design and implementation experience in a group setting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with SketchUp, Enscape, Bluebeam, or similar visualization tools.
• Knowledge of building/ADA code requirements and storefront detailing.

Responsibilities

• Create feasibilities and schematic designs with floor plans and elevations.
• Advocate for design integrity through DD/CD review and approvals.
• Design fixtures, storefronts, and components that translate brand requirements.
• Build 3D models and working prototypes to test ideas.
• Maintain design guidelines, templates and shop drawing library.
• Review shop drawings for design intent and safety.
