Job summary

UNIQLO in the United States seeks a Store Design Project Manager to lead end-to-end retail store development projects across the US, ensuring on-time delivery, budget alignment, and brand standard compliance.

You will partner with Real Estate, Store Development and external vendors to manage feasibility through handover, supervising design, MEPF review, and permits while maintaining quality and speed in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• PM experience in design is required and preferred in US retail.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and fire protection for retail.
• Multicultural work experience and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead store design management and control schedule, cost, and quality.
• Develop store layouts, fixture plans, and construction drawings.
• Coordinate architectural, interior design, and engineering requirements.
• Review landlord criteria and local jurisdiction requirements.
• Manage design and project execution through all phases to handover.
