Job summary

Coach is seeking a Project Manager, Global Store Design to coordinate international store design initiatives, manage schedules, and drive cross‑functional communication from design through construction. The role requires strong scheduling, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation across global projects.

You will work with multiple teams to ensure store openings and renovations meet deadlines, while maintaining high quality and adherence to brand standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, construction management, architecture, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in project scheduling or coordination within retail, architecture, or construction environments.
  • Strong understanding of international processes and landlord requirements.
  • Proficiency in scheduling tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Monday.com or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to influence and drive accountability across teams.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive, with a focus on meeting deadlines and mitigating risks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project timelines for all international store projects, ensuring alignment with milestones.
  • Track design activities, schedule changes, and provide visibility into status, risks and forecasts.
  • Coordinate design review meetings and prioritize key projects.
  • Lead regular check-ins and milestone reviews with accountable stakeholders.
  • Serve as liaison across design, construction, operations, and external partners.
  • Coordinate cross-functional project execution with North America team.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly project schedules, status updates, and reports.
  • Develop and maintain executive dashboards and portfolio reporting for store openings, closures, renovations, remodels, and pipeline activity.
