UNIQLO is seeking a Senior VMD & In-Store Graphic Designer to lead the development and execution of compelling in-store visuals and window displays. The role requires strong design skills, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to bring our LifeWear brand to life in physical retail spaces.

You will mentor junior designers, ensure brand standards, and manage multiple deliverables with a hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Visual Merchandising, Graphic Design, or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in senior design or design management roles.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Excel.
• Basic knowledge of 3-D modeling tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design projects, including renderings, asset development, and visuals for windows and in-store displays.
• Develop window display concepts incorporating mannequins, props, fixtures, and marketing materials.
• Mentor junior designers, provide creative direction and feedback.
• Ensure communications are clear and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align visual merchandising, store design, and marketing collateral.
• Maintain project organization and timelines while managing multiple deliverables.
• Oversee VMD budgeting and PO management using COUPA or related platforms.
