In-N-Out Burger is seeking a Store Design Project Manager I based in Baldwin Park, CA. The role reports to the Department Manager of Store Design and oversees project management of architectural and design aspects for new store development and construction teams.

You will monitor schedules, coordinate with construction and design teams, review documents, create site plans with AutoCAD, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, and travel 20–50% to leased sites.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, Architectural Engineering or related field; preferred

• Monitor assigned projects with New Construction and Architectural Design teams
• Maintain detailed project schedules and track milestones
• Prepare site plans and conceptual drawings using AutoCAD and related tools
• Ensure design adheres to company standards and regulatory requirements
• Conduct regular site inspections for compliance with specifications
• Coordinate communication between teams and provide timely progress updates
