In-N-Out Burger is seeking a Store Design Project Manager I based in our Baldwin Park, CA Real Estate office. The Store Design Project Manager reports directly to the Department Manager of Store Design, and oversees the architectural and design aspects of projects with new store development and construction teams.

Responsibilities include maintaining schedules, coordinating with New Construction and Architectural Design teams, reviewing construction documents for design intent and accuracy, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field; preferred.
• 5+ years' experience in architectural project management.
• 5+ years' experience designing retail or quick-service restaurants; preferred.
• CA registered Architect, preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and Bluebeam.
• Strong MS Office skills; experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud & Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage architectural and design aspects of new store development.
• Maintain detailed project schedules and timelines.
• Review construction documents for design intent and accuracy.
• Prepare site plans and conceptual drawings using AutoCAD and related tools.
• Ensure design adheres to company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate communication between New Construction and Architectural Design teams.
• Oversee quality control and on-site inspections to verify compliance.
