Job summary

Schnuck Markets, Inc. in St. Louis, MO seeks an Architectural Project Designer to develop preliminary scope and conceptual plans for new stores, remodels and special projects, coordinating with Construction PMs, Merchandising Solutions, Maintenance and stakeholders.

Initial four days per week in-office for up to six months, then a 3-day in-office/2-day remote schedule. Occasional travel to stores and construction sites required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in producing architectural conceptual and design documents for retail facilities.
• Familiarity with commercial retail construction techniques, schedules and standards.
• Advanced computer skills with AutoCAD and Revit; experience with SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Prepares preliminary scope and conceptual plans for proposed and confirmed projects.
• Leads collaboration with Construction PMs, Merchandise Solutions, Maintenance and stakeholders.
• Manages multiple projects from conception to completion with quality control and clear communication.
