Job summary

Disney Consumer Products is seeking a Store Design Manager in Florida to lead the design and execution of new store locations and redesigns. You will coordinate with external architectural firms and internal teams to ensure projects meet Disney’s quality standards, budgets, and timelines.

The role requires strong leadership in retail design, collaboration across departments, and the ability to translate brand guidelines into compelling store experiences.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of retail store design leadership experience.
• Experience in architecture of retail stores and store build-out processes.
• Excellent project management skills to lead multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of store design, branding, and presentation strategies and customer impact.

Responsibilities

• Manage store design process from development to execution for multiple projects.
• Liaise between merchandise, operations, Facility Asset Management, and Disney Imagineering.
• Ensure layout/design meets requirements; review vendor drawings for design intent and quality.
• Develop cost optimization and savings opportunities.
• Maintain vendor relationships and accountability with external consultants.
• Assist in developing and maintaining brand guidelines for fixtures, decor, and layouts.
