The Store Design Manager will be responsible for supporting the design, development, and implementation of new store locations, redesigns & rehabs, special projects, and new retail initiatives within Walt Disney Parks and Resorts. You will be accountable for ensuring projects are within the approved budgets, meet scheduled completion dates, and align with Disney’s expectations of quality and excellence. This role will be a leading contact for external architectural firms for store design projects and will work collaboratively with internal business partners including but not limited to Site Operations, Facility Asset Management, and Walt Disney Imagineering. You will report to the Director, Store Design & Development. This is a Full-Time role. You must also submit a digital portfolio. The hiring range for this position in Florida is $91,000 to $121,900 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
