Qualifications

• 6+ years of Retail Store Design leadership experience.
• Experience in architecture of retail stores and store build-out processes.
• Excellent project management with multitasking ability.
• Knowledge of store design, branding, and customer experience.
• Experience creating building plans, layouts, fixtures, and specs.
• Understanding of retail trends and how they guide design.
• Ability to convey ideas graphically and read vendor drawings.
• Experience presenting designs to executives.

Responsibilities

• Manage store design process from development through execution for multiple projects.
• Coordinate external architectural firms and provide finish and fixture specs.
• Support strategic planning and business development.
• Liaise between merchandise, operations, facilities, and Imagineering.
• Ensure layouts meet required standards and quality.
• Review vendor drawings for design intent and quality compliance.
• Develop cost optimization and savings opportunities.
• Maintain brand guidelines for fixture specs, colors, and layouts.
