You’ll ensure excellent operational and visual standards, analyze sales, and drive profitability through strategic planning and execution. You will recruit and develop staff, manage scheduling, and collaborate with Visual Merchandisers to maintain high fashion presentation and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading a retail sales team.
• Ability to recruit, onboard and evaluate staff.
• Knowledge of store operations, visuals and customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store department to deliver omni customer experience with strong visual and commercial presentation.
• Identify opportunities, set sales and budget goals, and create plans to optimize results.
• Recruit, onboard, develop and evaluate team; plan scheduling and daily communications.
• Open and close the store; manage admin routines and ensure compliance with procedures.
