Job description

This is a Delivery Driver opportunity that truly delivers on being a NAPA brand ambassador! Does being out on the open road (not in the office/store all day) excite you? While it takes great people to serve our customers from the inside, our Driver jobs are for those who want to be outside serving our customers! A NAPA Delivery Driver is a great opportunity whether you are looking to spend your career with us as a Driver, want to explore other careers at some point, or just want to earn extra income – we welcome you!

What you’ll be doing:

1. Deliver parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships
2. Pick up parts from vendors, ensure stock room parts are accurately stocked, and maintain/check inventory
3. Focus on safety while driving and delivering parts
4. Serve as a NAPA Brand Ambassador by meeting customers during deliveries
5. Build long-term relationships with customers
6. Maintain the delivery truck through safety checks, cleanliness, and basic maintenance (e.g., correct tire pressure)
7. Perform other duties as needed

What you’ll need:

1. Ability to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves with a stool or ladder when necessary, and stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 60 lbs
2. Ability to handle cash transactions and core/part returns correctly
3. Maintain a delivery log or tracking system
4. Inspect and protect company assets, merchandise, vehicles, and ensure safety
5. Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
6. Ability to navigate using maps and directions
7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
8. Valid Driver’s License
