Location: Grand Rapids, MI (ADI) - Dry-ice logistics

Distribution Branches are located in strategic locations throughout the country to provide service to key industries including universities and labs. Compensation:

• Rate of Pay: Starting at $25.00/hr.
• Overtime after 40 hours/week (Double time for work performed on Sundays and Holidays)
• Safety Bonus- Varies
• Referral Bonus Pay- $1000
• Paid weekly via direct deposit

Home Time, Route, & Schedule:

• Home Daily (Monday-Friday)
• Early Morning Start Time depending on route (6 a.m.-3 p.m)
• Average 40 hours per week
• No Layovers/ No overnights
• 8-12 Stops per day

• Straight Truck w/ Lift Gate
• Well Maintained Up-to Date Equipment

Are you a MATCH?

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at LEAST 21 years of age
• Class A or B CDL driver's license
• Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) expectations:
• No accidents in the last three years.
• No DUI in the last seven years.
• No more than 2 minor moving violations in the last three years.
• No serious violations in the last three years (reckless driving, speeding 15+).
• No suspensions in the last three years, except for failure to pay child support.
• One year experience driving a commercial vehicle or diploma from an accredited truck driving school required within the last four years.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to work with a wide variety of people with different personalities and backgrounds.
• Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace.

Safety Matters:

• Drive Cam in trucks.
• No electronics/Bluetooth allowed.
• Zero tolerance for cell and electronic devices while driving an Airgas CMV.
• Airgas operates a modern and efficient fleet.
• Most vehicles are under 6 years old and equipped with driver-friendly technology, such as On Board Computers, collision avoidance technology, latest camera technology and GPS navigation.
