Customer Service Specialists are tasked with achieving excellent customer service while meeting the store’s sales goals. Job duties involve contact with customers, including minors; access to cash, electronic equipment, personal information, merchandise, and other items of value, which may be supervised or unsupervised. A criminal history review is necessary to protect the business, its reputation, and the safety of customers, staff, vendors, and the public.
