We are more than just a Parts Store, and we are looking for talented individuals to join our NAPA family! As a NAPA Counter Sales, you will be the "face of the retail store," assisting customers with their automotive needs. No need to be able to tear down motors—though that’s a plus—but a background in automotive parts is helpful. This role offers a great opportunity whether you want to build a career as a Parts Specialist, work full or part-time, or explore other career paths with us.

What You Will Be Doing

• Providing auto parts answers and solutions to retail and wholesale customers in person and over the phone
• Assisting team members with customer questions using your parts knowledge
• Delivering outstanding customer service
• Engaging with customers to ensure a positive experience
• Using technology such as computers, cash registers, and catalogs

What You’ll Need

• Valid Driver’s License
• Experience in a parts store or automotive industry, or willingness to learn
• High School Diploma or GED; technical/trade courses are a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
• Good listening skills and empathy

Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Passion for automotive, heavy equipment, or related industries
• Experience in retail or auto body/collision shops
• Knowledge of inventory management systems
• Customer-centric attitude
• ASE Certifications (a plus but not required)
